The experience with LA Prestige from start to finish was brilliant. I made initial contact with a few questions about the car and the comms with the team was quick and professional. As I lived quite close to the dealer they brought the car round for me and my wife to look at and arranged a second viewing the next day. The car was brilliant and the customer service from Jag and his team was outstanding. This has been one of the best and certainly one of the easiest. Ar buying experiences. They were quick to respond to queries at anytime of day and very promptly provided an additional video of the vehicle when I was unable to view. The car was delivered on time following a service the same day. On delivery the team sanitised the vehicle and maintained a social distance. Prior to delivery I was explained the process, and have since received all necessary documentation with no issues. The warranty is a nice touch and the car itself is in the condition I was expecting. All in all, good service.
