The experience with LA Prestige from start to finish was brilliant. I made initial contact with a few questions about the car and the comms with the team was quick and professional. As I lived quite close to the dealer they brought the car round for me and my wife to look at and arranged a second viewing the next day. The car was brilliant and the customer service from Jag and his team was outstanding. This has been one of the best and certainly one of the easiest. Ar buying experiences. I cannot recommend LA Prestige highly enough

They were quick to respond to queries at anytime of day and very promptly provided an additional video of the vehicle when I was unable to view. The car was delivered on time following a service the same day. On delivery the team sanitised the vehicle and maintained a social distance. Prior to delivery I was explained the process, and have since received all necessary documentation with no issues. The warranty is a nice touch and the car itself is in the condition I was expecting. All in all, good service.

Beware of this company and the warranty cover they provide as part of purchase. After going through this company I was assured that any major issues would be covered but they don't even cover wear and tear on a second hand vehicle which has now cost me over £1200 to repair. I have tried to get in touch to with prestige motors but have just been ignored and left out of pocket after selling the car only 2 months ago. Multiple issues have arose with the car which they took in to fix themselves but when delivered back the issue wasnt actually fixed and they covered up the problem without actually fixing. Again had to cover the cost of fixing the issue with my external garage. Beware of using them, very professional at the start but when issues arise they are nowhere to be seen and leave the paying customer out of pocket.
